30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in good condition and include all original accessories, cables, manuals, and other items supplied with it.

High-capacity lithium batteries require special handling, so please retain the original packaging whenever possible. If you no longer have it, contact us before returning the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at metrohissem2828@outlook.com.

For approved claims, we will cover return shipping costs and offer either:

A replacement, orA full refund.

Please report any visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Quality Returns

If you change your mind or purchase the wrong model, you may request a return within the 30-day return window.

For returns unrelated to product quality:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The product must be in good, resalable condition.

All original accessories and included items should be returned.

A reasonable deduction may apply for missing accessories, excessive wear, damage, or necessary replacement packaging.

How to Return

We will review your request within 1 business day.

Once approved, we will send you return instructions and an RMA number.

Package the product securely and follow the return instructions provided.

Our support team will assist you throughout the return, replacement, or refund process.

Refunds

Returned products are typically inspected within 3–5 business days of arrival.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

The 30-day return policy is separate from the product warranty.

Manufacturing defects reported after the return window may still be eligible for warranty service under the applicable warranty terms.
